Application
Mainly used for curing agent for epoxy resin. MHHPA is heating type of acid anhydride curing agent, mainly used in electrical and electronic fields, it has low melting point, and the complexes of alicyclic epoxy resin low viscosity and long shelf life and curing of the advantages of high heat resistance, good high temperature performance, can be used for electrical equipment coil impregnation and electrical components of casting and the seal of the semiconductor, such as outdoor insulators, capacitors, such as light-emitting diode, digital tube, etc.
